Model boundary
A continuous, constant-rate scenario with an immediate inflow reduction. Stock is calculated before allowing demand curtailment. Negative end-stock indicates an unmet volume in this model. It excludes tank capacity, quality constraints and delivery schedules. It is separate from a national emergency-stock compliance test.
